2. Sovereign & Foreign Direct Investment (APEX-FDI Module)
Institutional capacity auditing and Source of Funds (SoF) verification. We act as the institutional filter for sovereign entities and private wealth, facilitating the transition from raw national resources to Tier-1 institutional liquidity with complete regulatory alignment.
3. High-Stakes Strategic Procurement (APEX-S Module)
Rigorous alignment with international governance standards for sensitive mandates. We provide bespoke deployment of our compliance framework for any industry requiring an 'Elite Gatekeeper' to ensure absolute transactional integrity.
4. Fiduciary & Paymaster Services
Through legally binding Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreements (IMFPA), we assume a formal fiduciary duty, managing and disbursing commissions with the utmost integrity. This critical service provides all stakeholders with the assurance that their interests are protected at the highest level.
Operational Scope & Non-Custodial Mandate:
IDAC operates exclusively as a strategic advisor and institutional filter. IDAC does not take title to, possess, transport, or hold custody of any physical assets. Our role is strictly limited to the strategic architecture, compliance oversight, and procedural facilitation of transactions, ensuring all logistical and custodial responsibilities are managed by licensed, Tier-1 global operators.
